Personal Private Yoga Tuition
If you feel that you would like to develop your yoga practice privately, you can now have personal private tuition - typically one-on-one, but could be with a group of 2 or 3. This allows the yoga
session to be more interactive and dynamically flexible The pace and yoga can be tailored to your particular needs or objectives without the constraints of a larger public class.
I recommend you go to a public class, at least initially, so you can learn the basics of yoga work with the body and breath and then form an idea of what you want to do. For example, you may want to
- learn the basics of structural flexibility & yoga asanas
- work with stiffness in the shoulders
- work with your partner doing asana work in pairs
- develop a personal practice
- work on pranayama
- have a more vigourous yoga session
- work with guided visualisations or meditation
- include more yoga philosophy
- Work with Reiki natural healing
Private yoga students have free use of necessary yoga equipment during the lesson (mat, belt, blocks, etc.), but may wish to buy (or hire) their own for home practice.

Dates and Times
By mutual agreement. Typically the dates will be within term time, on weekdays and during the day time. However, any reasonable date, day and time will be considered.
Location
I have a small yoga room at my house (only really suitable for one) with mirrors that allow you to see your position). I also have a large lounge that can be used at appropriate times
of the day - suitable for up to 3 students.
If you would prefer your private lesson at your house, I can come to you, but there will be an extra charge for travelling - see ‘Cost’ section above.
And finally, you may want to have a private lesson in a private room. It should be possible to arrange for a room to be hired, but this requires some notice and will cost extra again at a
rate to be determined on each occasion.
How to Get There (Caer-Urfa, Church Street, Chiseldon)
From Wroughton, follow the road through Chiseldon and turn left into Mays Lane. Go down the hill and straight on up the High Street (to the right of the Elm Tree pub). My
house is on the left corner at the T-junction at the top of the hill.
From the A346 (main road between M4 J15 and Marlborough), take the turning into Butts Road (between the turning at the Esso garage and
the Plough pub near J15). The road is straight for 1/4 mile then goes into a Z-bend, When you emerge from the Z-bend, my house is on the corner in front of you - it has horizontal ranch style fencing.
If you want to refer to a map to Caer-Urfa go to the streetmap web site. Click .
